Situated on the Surrey/Sussex border, we cater to individuals facing challenges at public pools due to anxiety, sensory processing difficulties or body image worries.

Our goal is to offer a welcoming and inclusive space where everyone can enjoy the benefits of swimming.
Who can we NOT accept?
As we are a family offering our private pool, not a commerical enterprise, we have to satisfy a number of legal and insurance criteria. For this reason, we cannot accept bookings from the following:
- Lone swimmers - UNLESS you hire a lifeguard separately, or bring a competent swimmer to observe you
- Wheelchair users - access to the pool is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair users, and there is no hoist to access the pool
- Those requiring more than one carer to remain safe in the water
- Those with continence difficulties - our water is tested twice daily, and adheres to strict controls. Contaminating the water has knock on effects for other bookings, and obviously additional costs for us.
- We can only accommodate a maximum of 6 people in a group for insurance purposes
- Birthday parties or the use of inflatables
- Swimming teachers wanting to hire for group swimming lessons
